B) Share your design or discuss your idea with us. We can execute your design or help create a new one.
C) Choose from Moissanite, Sapphire, or other gemstones. We offer jewelry in 925 Silver, 10K, 14K, 18K gold, or Platinum, available in White, Yellow, or Rose Gold.
D) We will provide a CAD design for your approval and send images of the completed piece before shipping.
Please note that customized orders are final and cannot be returned. We look forward to crafting something special for you!

A) Remove your ring before working out or applying hairspray and perfume to prevent damage.
B) Avoid exposing your ring to harsh chemicals.
C) Do not expose your ring to nail polish remover.
D) Clean the stones with a soft brush and mild soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft, clean cloth (avoid tissues, as they can scratch).

4. Can I change my address once the item has been shipped?
No, you cannot change the address once the item has been shipped, as Etsy does not manage shipping directly. We are not responsible for any issues arising from an incorrect address. However, you can update your address before shipping by sending us a direct message on Etsy.

Yes, we offer a range of men’s jewelry, including classic rings, bracelets, necklaces, and cufflinks. If you have specific requests or need assistance selecting the perfect piece, feel free to reach out.
6. Can I resize the ring after I receive it?
Yes, we can resize the ring after you receive it. Resizing takes approximately 2 weeks and costs an additional USD 50-100, plus $30 for shipping. To save time and money, we recommend having the ring resized by a local jeweler. Please confirm the correct size when placing your order.
7. Returns & Exchanges Policy
Eligibility: Items can be returned within 21 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized orders are final and cannot be returned.
Returns: Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged. Size concerns or dissatisfaction are not eligible for return; please refer to our exchange policy instead.

9. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 3-4 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellation charges will apply based on the production stage:
Preliminary Work: Cancel within 48 hours of design initiation for a 20% fee deduction.
Mid-Production: Cancel during production with a 30% fee deduction.
Final Stages/Completed: Cancellations or refunds after final production will incur a 35% fee deduction.
If you receive the CAD design from us and decide to cancel after 3 hours, a 15% cancellation fee will apply based on the order amount.
To request a cancellation, please contact us via Etsy’s messaging system with your order number. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that custom orders are not refundable since they are specifically made for you unless there is a defect with the item when it arrives. In that case, we will make it for you again.

Do not put your ring with other metal items together, as the stone and the gold may be destroyed.
Remove your ring when working out, showering, or bathing, when applying lotions, using hairspray, or chemicals such as acetone.
Use a soft brush to clean the stones themselves, scrubbing gently with warm, mild, soapy water to get rid of any dirt accumulation. Rinse the stones well in warm water since soap scum can build up easily, and then pat it dry with a soft, clean cloth. Don't ever use tissues to wash or dry jewelry.
Each ring ships within approximately 2 weeks of purchase because it will be custom-made for you after you place an order. If you need it sooner, please contact us before purchasing or placing a rush order.
